RF & Wireless Engineering Courses
As radio frequency (RF) and wireless communications become increasingly pervasive across a multitude of products and services, there is a corresponding need for individuals with a sound knowledge and understanding of RF and wireless technology. Our RF and wireless engineering curriculum offers a growing range of courses covering a variety of subject areas, suitable for both new entrants to the field, as well as experienced individuals with specialised interests.

Our introductory level course, Fundamentals of RF and Wireless Communications (RF1), provides a firm grounding in the basic concepts of RF and wireless communications systems. The course adopts a straightforward and easy to understand approach, avoiding the use of complex mathematics whenever possible. Intermediate and advanced level courses cover more specific aspects of RF and wireless design and development, including Antennas and Propagation for Wireless Communications Systems (RF2), Practical RF and Microwave Measurements (RF3), Wireless Communications System Design (RF4), RF and High-Speed PCB Design (RF5), RF and Microwave Power Amplifier Design (RF6) and Digital Predistortion Techniques for RF Power Amplifiers (RF7).

All courses can be delivered as customised instructor-led courses, either directly at your facility or at any other suitable venue throughout the UK, Europe and Rest of the World. In addition, some courses are scheduled throughout the year as open public courses. Please click on the icons below for further course information:
