Process Management & Lean Six Sigma Courses |

Our Process Management curriculum offers a range of courses covering both the Lean Processes (‘Lean’) and Lean Six Sigma approaches to process improvement. These powerful techniques are taught by Instructors with many years of experience of delivering practical process improvement consultancy and training across a variety of industry sectors, including electronics and IT, aerospace and defence, automotive, healthcare and distribution.
Lean aims to optimise the speed (or flow) of production by eliminating waste. Various tools are used to assess process flow and delays, separating value-added from non-value-added activities and eliminating the root causes of waste. Six Sigma focuses on quality by reducing defects and process variation, applying a structured methodology for process improvement (eg. DMAIC methodology). As the name implies, Lean Six Sigma combines the tools and methods of Lean with Six Sigma and aims to rapdily improve quality, while simultaneously reducing cost and complexity.
A modular approach to Lean Six Sigma training enables individuals and organisations to develop the required skills by progressing through a series of industry-recognised levels, known as belts. The Process Management Courses Roadmap shows how different belts are interrelated.
Courses can be delivered as customised instructor-led courses, either directly at your facility or at any other suitable venue throughout the UK, Europe and Rest of the World. In addition, some courses are scheduled throughout the year as open public courses. Please click on the relevant icons below for further information:
